John’s practice focuses primarily on real estate/property and commercial litigation. John also has experience handling a variety of transactional matters on residential, commercial, and other real estate ventures as well as commercial agreements for businesses, joint ventures, and other related matters.

BACKGROUND

John has spent his career handling all aspects of civil litigation from the pre-suit investigation, research and due diligence phase to drafting and filing initial pleadings, through and including discovery and trial preparation.
