Jason Rebhun

Jason is an experienced, confident, and prepared trial attorney who is not afraid to try any case to verdict. He is a solution-oriented attorney who focuses on commercial and real estate disputes. He has considerable experience with juries, arguing before judges and appellate courts, taking depositions, and handling a variety of different types of transactions. Jason has considerable experience with commercial law, commercial agreements, real estate, construction law, litigation, arbitration both secularly and before Jewish tribunals (Beth Dins).

BACKGROUND

Jason helps clients of all sizes and in many industries develop, grow, strategize, and enforce/defend their rights as needed, whether through negotiations, settlements or navigating through the courts, if required. Jason acts as General Counsel to a variety of companies and organizations including seasoned real estate companies, real estate holding companies, real estate development companies, start-ups, religious organizations, and various businesses involved in e-commerce and wholesaling.

CHARITABLE AND CIVIC INVOLVEMENT

Jason served in the Israeli Defenses Forces in its tanks division as a combat gunner. Jason also sits on the Board of Trustees of a synagogue located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
