Abraham Ally Dayon

Abraham Ally Dayon is an associate in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services and Intellectual Property practice groups. Ally represents and advises owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants in a diverse and dynamic blend of complex real estate transactions encompassing all phases of real estate acquisition, development, financing, restructuring, leasing, joint ventures and investment. Ally represents brands in setting up patents and trademarks as well as structuring their business for the future. Ally thrives in an environment where he can help clients assemble complex legal pieces of each transaction in order to meet the client’s overall business objectives. He approaches each transaction as a partner to the client he is serving, and clients have come to rely on his confidence and expertise.

Prior to joining the firm, Abraham was an associate at a nation wide AM Top 200 law firm, focusing on business and real estate matters.
